This online store (Gramps Masks) is operated by RPK GROUP LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #22241, Casper, WY 82609, United States. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our masks are novelty items and cold-weather accessories. They are not protective equipment and do not replace a helmet. Product photos and videos are representative; colors and print may vary slightly by screen and production batch.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may be displayed in your local currency at checkout. For orders to the EU and the UK, prices include VAT. For other countries, local import duties or taxes may apply at delivery (see our Shipping Policy). We may change prices at any time, but not after you place an order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see your full card number.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a payment is flagged as fraudulent, an address can't be delivered to, or an item is out of stock. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Intellectual property

The Gramps Masks name, website content, photos and videos belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring claims in the courts of that country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
