Every order from Gramps Masks is covered by our 30-day guarantee. Gramps Masks is operated by RPK GROUP LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #22241, Casper, WY 82609, United States.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Contact us through the contact form on our website with a photo or short video within 7 days of delivery. We send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send anything back.

Package never arrived

If your order has not arrived 45 days after it shipped, or tracking shows it as lost, we refund you in full or send a new one, your choice.

Changed your mind

You can return your mask within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

• For hygiene reasons, the mask must be unwashed, in its original packaging, and not worn outside (trying it on at home is fine). Masks that have been worn outside or washed can't be returned unless they are defective.
• Contact us through our contact form with your order number first. We reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us can't be refunded.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Customers in the EU and the UK

You have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To use it, send us a clear statement through our contact form (for example: "I withdraw from my order #1234"). Our 30-day return window above already covers this period.

We refund the item price and the original shipping cost (shipping is free) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until we receive the mask back or you send proof that you shipped it. You pay the direct cost of returning it. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the mask beyond what is needed to check its fit.

These rights come on top of our guarantee and do not limit any other rights you have under the law of your country.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we approve the claim or receive the return. Your bank may take a few more days.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, the order is already being prepared and this return policy applies.
