Shipping policy

We ship worldwide, except to the United States for now. Shipping is free on every order and every order is tracked. Your country is checked at checkout.

Where orders ship from

Our masks are made and shipped by our production partner overseas. That is how we keep prices low.

Taxes and import fees

For orders to the European Union and the United Kingdom, import VAT is collected before shipping, so there is nothing to pay at delivery. For other countries, local import duties or taxes may apply at delivery. They are set by your country's customs and are the buyer's responsibility.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2-4 weeks depending on your country (for example about 11-17 days to France, 13-20 days to Germany or the UK, 11-19 days to Canada or Australia). These are estimates, not guarantees.

Delays

If we can't ship your order within the time stated above, we email you with a new estimated date and you can cancel for a full refund.

Lost or late packages

If your order has not arrived 45 days after it shipped, or tracking shows it as lost, contact us through the contact form on our website. We send a free replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can change it only before the order ships.
